AURØRA takes the utmost care in processing and shipping orders. Our products are delivered by third-party carriers.
Dispatch
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Please check this information carefully. AURØRA is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrectly provided address information.
Delivery time
We strive to ship orders within the stated delivery time. These delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances at the carrier's premises. Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle you to compensation.
Third party delivery
Orders are delivered via third-party carriers. From the moment the order is handed over to the carrier, AURØRA is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.
The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the consumer at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
Not at home upon delivery
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier may offer the package to a neighbor, a collection point, or attempt another delivery, in accordance with the carrier's terms and conditions. Any additional costs or consequences thereof will be borne by the customer.
Damage or loss
Please check the package immediately upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged or the package is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at:

Incorrect delivery address
If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address and the package is not delivered correctly, AURØRA is not obligated to resend the product free of charge. Any additional shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
Returns Policy – AURØRA LED Vinyl Displays
You may want to return an order, for example, because the product doesn't meet your expectations or for some other reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
After canceling, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product – including all accessories supplied – must be returned unused, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the returned product has been received in good condition.
Condition and depreciation
If the product is damaged, shows signs of use, or the packaging shows more wear than necessary to assess the product, we may charge an appropriate depreciation fee. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Important for AURØRA LED products
Our LED strips are fully pre-assembled and cannot be removed or modified. Therefore, the following conditions apply:
- The LED strip is already attached and should not be loosened, adjusted or modified.
- The power cord and any adapters must be returned unused and undamaged.
- Damage caused by incorrect connection, use of other power supplies or manipulation of cables/connectors will void the right of return.
These conditions are necessary to ensure the safety and quality of our electronic products.
Second Chance products
Second-chance items are sold as imperfect or discounted products. Customers acknowledge this upon purchase. These products cannot be returned or refunded.
